Shipping Charges

All parcels are sent via Parcelpost anywhere within New Zealand at a flat rate fee of $6.00 per order.

Returns Policy

Firefly Candles pride ourselves on providing a quality service, with quality products. We are committed to your 100% satisfaction with your entire Firefly Candle experience or we will refund your money in full.

If any of our products reach you in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 14 days and we will happily replace it with another selection, or refund the credit card used at the time of purchase.

A full refund will be provided to any goods returned in their original packaging within 30 days.

If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned within 30 days of purchase. Reimbursement for shipping expenses will be up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost.

Privacy

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. We will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times

We will process your order within 3 business days following receipt of cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped.  Please allow upto 7 days for delivery.

Conditions of Purchase

Every effort has been made to ensure products and descriptions are accurate at the time of publishing.
If the ordered product is not currently available, we will contact you for additional instructions.

All prices listed are in $NZD and are GST inclusive. 

Billing Information

Charges will appear as Firefly Candles on your credit card statement.
